Set within a beautiful landscaped gated property, Villa Okeanos welcomes you as you walk up the front staircase to the main level.
The villa has a large open-concept living room, dining room and kitchen, 24-feet vaulted ceilings that embodies a relaxed, beachy ambiance and living space.
On the second/main level you’ll find a spacious great room that combines an open kitchen, dining, and living areas, all seamlessly extending to the infinity pool terrace. The living room is styled with light, beach-inspired furnishings, including a large wrap-around sofa, a Bose stereo system, and a 65” 8K OLED TV. There is a fully equipped kitchen that caters to culinary enthusiasts with a full range of appliances including a margarita machine. The indoor dining area includes a kitchen bar with seating for 3 and a dining table for 6.
Amenities
On the main level on the east side of the villa, accessible via a walkway from the living room, are two additional king suites with one offering direct access to the pool deck.
On the third level on west side of the villa, is the primary suite via a walkway and just seven steps up. It boasts two private balconies, one facing north and the other south, each with seating areas.
On the first level, just seven steps down from the main level, is the ‘Kids Lounge’, a dedicated 800 square foot bedroom designed specifically for kids. It includes two twin-over-full bunk bed sets for 6, a queen sleeper sofa for 2, and an entertainment area with a SMART TV, stereo, desk, games, and additional seating. This space offers a unique and private retreat for younger guests and no other villa in Anguilla offers such a space.
The villa features a secure driveway with gated access, providing parking for up to three cars. In the event of a power outage caused by a Caribbean storm, the villa is equipped with a reliable generator to ensure uninterrupted power supply.
